UNWIND will work towards 4 directions:

UNWIND project seeks to unravel the untapped potential of low-skilled women to take active role in the digital economic field by offering upskilling services that will provide them with a new ICT-related skillset that is high demand in the labour market.

Training
Training young adult women on coding/web development through a distance learning curriculum embedded in an elearning platform
Mentoring
Mentoring young adult women on self-employed business management & digital economy
Stakeholders
Reaching out to employment stakeholders, organizations and institutions for the uptake of the proposed intervention
Motivating Adult Women
Motivating young adult women with low skills to engage in the online bootcamp and mentoring scheme

- A distance learning curriculum for building the coding skills of low-qualified young women - An online coding bootcamp (learning platform) developed, pilot tested & evaluated in TR, DE & GR
