The motivation behind the UNWIND project lies on the need to promote the inclusion and wellbeing of low-skilled young adult women in a holistic way by offering a sustainable pathway to employment through skills building, self-employment business mentoring and outreach.UNWIND aims is to enhance the employability of young adult women in TR, GR, DE and EU through improved ICT skills on coding/ web development and self-employed business mentoring as a sustainable pathway to access employment in.
